How to create Mailmunch form in AMP

If you want to add Mailmunch form in AMP then first you need to purchase and install Opt-in Forms for AMP plugin.

After installing you will find this option in WordPress Dashboard -> AMP optin -> Add New optin -> select “Mailmunch” option -> Now you need seven things – API URL, First Name ID, First Name Value, Last Name ID, Last Name Value, Email ID, and Email Value.

Follow the simple steps to get all this ID’s and value from Mailmunch Account.

Step 1: First of all Signup/login at Mailmunch

Step 2 – After you’ve set up your initial settings in your MailMunch account, click on the “Forms” option in the top right of your screen and then, click the “Create New” button.

Step 3 – From the “Choose Form Type” section, click the”Embedded“, form type

Step 4 – Once you’ve selected your form, you are given the option to choose a basic form section. This will be the design of your form.

Step 5 – Then give your form a name under the “Form Title” in the “Basic Information” pop up.

Step 6 – Now go to the “Fields” option and select the First Name, Last Name, and Email fields.

Step 7 – Click on the “Publish” and enable this option and then click on this link like below the screenshot.

Step 8 – Copy this below code.

Step 9 – Paste the code on the post or pages as per your requirement and click on the “Update” button.

Step 10 – In browser Inspect this Mailmunch Form in Non-AMP copy this code and paste it in Sublime/ Notepad.

Step 11 – Copy this API URL and Paste this in AMP Opt-in form.

Step 12 – Copy this First Name ID, First Name Value and Paste this in AMP Opt-in form.

Step 13 – Copy this Last Name ID, Last Name Value and Paste this in AMP Opt-in form.

Step 14 – Copy this Email ID, Email Value and Paste this in AMP Opt-in form.

Step 15 – Create a new AMP Opt-in now enter the API URL, First Name ID, First Name Value, Last Name ID, Last Name Value, Email ID, Email Value and copy the shortcode and place where you want to display the Mailmunch Form.

The Output of Mailmunch in AMP

Make sure you need to fill this form and then click on the submit button after that you will get the “Subscription successful” message.
