If you want to add MailPoet form in AMP then first you need to purchase and install Opt-in Forms for AMP plugin.
After installing you will find this option in WordPress Dashboard -> AMP optin -> Add New optin -> select “ MailPoet ” option -> now you need two things – Form ID, List ID.
Follow the simple steps to get all this ID’s from MailPoet.
- Download and Install from MailPoet plugin.
- Upload and Activate.
Step 1: First go to WordPress dashboard -> MailPoet -> Settings -> Forms -> Create a new forms after that give the name to your form and add these fields like first name, last name, and email ->Click on Shortcode and copy this shortcode and place where you want to display MailPoet Form.
Step 2: In the browser Inspect this Mailpote Form in Non-AMP copy this code and paste it in Sublime/ Notepad.
Step 3: Copy this Form ID, List ID and Paste this in AMP Opt-in form.
Step 4: Create a new AMP Opt-in
Step 5: Now enter the Form ID, List ID, and copy the shortcode and place where you want to display the MailPoet Form.

Make sure you need to fill this form and then click on the submit button after that you will get the “Subscription successful” message.
