It makes your AMP & Non-AMP Same! AMP will output AMP Compatible code, while WordPress will have the WP code Once you enable this option Frontend and backend source code are different but with the same design of AMP.
You will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> AMP Option Panel -> Settings -> Advance Settings -> Enable “Convert AMP to WP theme (Beta)” option and then click on the “Save Changes” button.
AMP version will be displayed in non-amp also

Thanks for reply, Now done to change theme but its AMP can’t show on my site, i useing to test Google AMP testing tool its show your web is not amp support, and then i change the advance setting from your plugin Enable ‘Mobile Redirection’ then show on testing amp works good and support, and then can’t show my custom theme, its show only default theme.
Mean’s when i disable Mobile Redirection then show my theme but amp not works , and when i enable Mobile Refirection amp works but my theme can’t show
