If you want to add MailPoet3 form in AMP then first you need to purchase and install Opt-in Forms for AMP plugin.
After installing you will find this option in WordPress Dashboard -> AMP optin -> Add New optin -> select “ AWeber ” option -> now you need Form URL.
Follow the simple steps to get all this form URL from Aweber Account.
Step 1: First of all Login/SignUp at AWeber.
Step 2: Create/Select a list and click on Sign Up Forms as shown in image below
Step 3: After creating and styling the form, click on publish and copy the link from “Have AWeber Host My Form”.
Step 4: Create a new AMP Opt-in
Step 5: Now select AWeber from Dropdown and add the link which we have copied and copy the shortcode and place where you want to display the AWeber Form.

Make sure you need to fill this form and then click on the submit button after that you will get the “Subscription successful” message.
