If you want to remove the Google Indexing of the paginated pages in AMP then you need to just enable this option and the paginated pages will not get indexed in Google.
You will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> AMP Option Panel -> Settings -> SEO -> Enable this “Remove Paginated Pages Indexing ” option and then click on the “Save Changes” button.
