How to fix URL marked ‘noindex’ AMP validation error in Google search console

First of all, what is noindex? Noindex is a tag that defines that search engine bots do not crawl my website pages where you have to define noindex tags in your web pages URL with a meta tag.

Google webmaster has been introduced the latest Google Seach Console Beta version, in this version most of the users facing errors like URL marked ‘noindex’ for their websites, whether the site is on WordPress or Static. This error not showing on an older version of the Google GWT(Google Webmaster Tool),

This error doesn’t harm your search engine ranking but you can lose your users when your noindex pages not indexed by the Search engines. So If you want to that your website pages index then you must have to remove noindex tag from your website to get such benefits.

How to solve submitted URL marked ‘Noindex’

Here we are showing you only the options of the Yoast SEO Plugin and if you are using some another SEO plugin then the options will be similar to this one only.

Step 1 –  You must be logged In to your WordPress site with the admin.

Step 2 – If you are using Yoast SEO plugin in your WordPress site then click on the Yoast SEO plugin.

Step 3 – When you click on Yoast SEO, there are many options available, in these options click on Search Appearance.

Step 4 – When you click on the search appearance, then a new window will open of Yoast SEO which contains tabs like General, Content types, Media, Taxonomies, Archives, Breadcrumbs, and RSS.

Step 5 – To remove the error from google search console submitted URL marked noindex in Yoast SEO click on Content Types, here you will find three or four options like Posts, Pages, and Templates.

Step – 6: Make sure that in the Posts tab show posts in search results marked as YES all of them also for pages and templates (In templates except date).

Step – 7: After content types click on Taxonomies tab in the same panel.

Step – 8: In Taxonomies, there are many options but you can use only categories and Tags, Make sure that your categories and tags have marked as Yes for Show in search results. Below I have added an image for the best understanding.

Step – 9: When you have done the above steps click on the “Save” button.

NOTE: Whatever error related to Noindex show on the search console beta version, make sure that those URLs should be removed noindex tag from the website.
