How to enable Post Pagination in single page

In the post you need to paste this code:

<!––nextpage––>

Wherever you want the next page to start. The pagination will automatically show up. Note: make sure that you are using the Text view rather than Visual view in your post editor.

Follow these below steps to add post pagination in single page.

You will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> Navigate to AMP option panel -> Design -> Single -> Enable “Post Pagination” option and then click on the “Save Changes” button.

Scroll down a little to see this option

  • Post Pagination: Enable this option two options will be shown Numbering and Next-previous.
  • Numbering: Once you select the Numbering option it will add numeric pagination on a single page.
  • Next-previous: Once you select the Next-previous option it will add Next-previous pagination on a single page.

    1. Hi I enabled the post pagination within the design three theme. However, it only shows “Next Read: blog title”. If I used Swift theme, there is no problem. Both previous and next showed. Do you have any idea regarding this? Thanks

      1. Hi Blair,

Our layout of design 3 is like that only and if you need both then you can switch to other designs

    2. Hi,
Can I use a third party pagination plugin like “Theia Post Slider” instead of default pagination style
Because I’m already using this plugin in none-amp pages but doesn’t work in amp links.
NB: the Theia Post plugin developers said that It is compatible with AMP and works automatically but not working for me.
Do you have any solution for that?
      Thanks!
