wptexturize will transform the quotes to smart quotes, apostrophes, dashes, ellipses, the trademark symbol, and the multiplication symbol and the code within certain HTML blocks is skipped.
- You will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> Navigate to AMP option panel -> Settings -> Advance Settings -> Enable this “Disable wptexturize” option and then click on the “Save Changes” button.
