Here are the step to Create a custom blog page in AMP:
1.First go to WordPress Admin area -> AMP option panel ->Settings -> click on General.
2. Homepage: Once you enable this option all your blog posts will appear on AMP Homepage.
But if you have selected the static front page then the page which you have selected as the posts page in the reading settings will automatically be your blog page in the AMP version.
For example.
If you have selected blog as your posts page like example.com/blog then in the AMP version example.com/blog/amp will be your posts page.
Go to WordPress admin area -> Settings -> Click on Reading settings.

I have a static home page. I have added the blog post to my amp menu, and I can access the the blog post from the menu. But the individual posts are not showing up in amp, but they are on the desktop version.
