If you want to add logo in amp carousel then you need to follow below the steps
You will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> Navigate to AMP option panel -> Settings -> Structured Data -> In this “Default Structured Data Logo” you need to upload Structured Data logo and after that click on the “Save Changes” button.
