If you want to add RD Station form in AMP then first you need to purchase and install Opt-in Forms for AMP plugin.
After installing you will find this option in WordPress Dashboard -> AMP optin -> Add New optin -> select “ RD Station” option -> now you need three things – Token ID and Identificador .
Follow the simple steps to get all this ID’s from RD Station Account.
Step 1: First of all Signup/login at RD Station platform
Step 2: On the top right corner, click the arrow and select Integrations
Step 3: Click On integration Data (API) option copy the Token ID and Paste this Token ID in AMP Opt-in form.
Step 4: Go to Convert option -> Click on the Form option
Step 5: Click on the “Create From” button
Step 6: After creating form click on “Conversion” tab and copy the identificador and Paste this identificador in AMP Opt-in form.
Step 7: Create a new AMP Opt-in
Step 8: Now, select RD Station from the Drop down and enters the Token ID and Identificador and copy the shortcode and place where you want to display the RD Station Form.

Make sure you need to fill this form and then click on the submit button after that you will get the “Subscription successful” message.
