If you want to add Mailjet form in AMP then first you need to purchase and install Opt-in Forms for AMP plugin.
After installing you will find this option in WordPress Dashboard -> AMP optin -> Add New optin -> select “ Mailjet ” option ->now you need three things – From URL, width, Height
Follow the simple steps to get all this ID’s from Mailjet Account.
Step 1: First of all Signup/login at Mailjet.
Step 2: After Signup/login Mailjet clicks on the Contact -> Click on “Create a contact list” button.
Step 3: Create List Name after that click on “save & continue” button like below the screenshot
Step 4: Here you need to select Embedde Widget
Step 5: Click on Widget fields and Add fields like below the screenshot
Scroll down a little to see this form
Step 6: After customizing the form, please select the Expert Mode
Step 7: Click On the “Save widget” button.
Step 8: Now Copy the Form URL and Paste this Form URL in AMP Opt-in form
Step 9: Create a new AMP Opt-in
Step 10: Now, select MailJet from the Drop down and enters the From URL, width, Height and copy the shortcode and place where you want to display the MailJet Form.

Make sure you need to fill this form and then click on the submit button after that you will get the “Subscription successful” message.
