If you want to Migrate from TagDiv AMP plugin to AMPforWP plugin then follow these steps.
1. First, you have to deactivate the TagDiv AMP plugin.
2. Now install AMPforWP plugin and configure it by following this.
If you want the same URL structure of tagdiv like www.example.com/?amp so that it didn’t affect your SEO then you need to enable end point in AMP setting also.
3. Go to WordPress Admin Area ->AMP option panel -> Settings -> Advance settings -> enbale this option Change End point to ?amp -> click on the save changes button.

Note: Now your tagdiv URL www.example.com/?amp will work perfectly with our AMPforWP plugin without any issues. Making endpoint to ?amp will help you get the amp in tricky setups with taxonomies & post type. The question mark in the URL will not make any difference in the SEO.
That’s it for this tutorial!
