The browser usually serves some files from its cache, which speeds up the page load. Empty Cache And Hard Reload force the browser to go the network for all resources. This is helpful when you want to see how a first-time visitor experiences a page load.
Right-click on page and click Inspect page click the Network tab.
If you want to see how long each element took and the timeline of their loading you have to click on the “Network” tab. The Network panel opens and then you should reload the page so that you can see the load time.
