Step 1: First, login to Account Area.
Step 2: Once you login to account area you will get this screen you need to click on the “Downloads” option.
Step 3: Click on the arrow icon on right like the below screenshot.
Step 4: After clicking on the arrow you need to click on the “Purchase Details” option and then select the “Cancel Subscription” link like below the screenshot.
Step 5: That’s it! You’ve now canceled your subscription.

I’m trying to cancel my subscription for the “Priority Support (Monthly)” feature, and I followed the instructions on the your help page to cancel the feature. However, the renewal status still shows as “active” on my account and the expiration date is still September 2020. I do not want this to renew and want the recurring payment to be cancelled. Please can you cancel the renewal on my behalf. Thanks!

Need not worry its been already cancelled and wouldn’t renew automatically unless you do a manual purchase and please let me know whether you need help.
