How to install and use the Popup for AMP

This tutorial helps you to display the pop-up notifications and It requires the Popup for AMP extension.

1. Download and Install the extension from the account area.

2. Upload and Activate it.

3. Now the AMP Popup option will be displayed in the WordPress options panel.

4. After clicking the AMP Popup option you will be able to see the add your new pop options.

5. Following you may add, the image of your own choice with heading and paragraph.

6. Also, you can apply the condition and timing of popup with Pop Up Background Color and Content Background Color.

7. Enter the Time to Delay the Pop up:  The Time Delay is an event that displays a popup after a preset time starting from when a visitor first opens a post or page.

8. Here you can modify “Pop Up Background Color” as well as “Content Background Color”.

9. Now you can create an AMP Popup as many as you want.

        Yes, we have pop-up extension compatibility once you enable this you need to set conditions like the post, page any category and if you have any issues then please let us know and we will personally help you.

        We already have a ticket created on it in our roadmap and in the future, we’ll add this compatibility because we work according to our milestone.

    5. I installed the plugin but is not working, it have some additional requeriments?, I deactivate the plugins but still the error.

      1) How can I remove the image from the default popup design template?
      2) Can we get some transition effects?
      3) What is the ETA on the auto expiration of cookies?

        1. There is no option to remove the image from popup? if he requires then we can make an option for it.
        2. What kind of transition effects, please elaborate so we can check and let you know.
        3. Currently, cookies expiration is set to default cookie expires time which is two years.

    7. Confirm me If the popup will display properly on AMP pages or not? Will it support with the SOLEDAD theme or not?

    8. hi, This extension adds an H1 heading to each post. one for the post title and one for this pop up.
      as you know this is not good for SEO, so how can I remove H1 tag from the pop up?
      is there any way to do that?
