If you want to show or hide Author Information on AMP posts, by using this option you can do. It will show at the end of the post’s contents.
You will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> Navigate to AMP option panel -> Design -> Single -> Enable “Author Bio” option and then click on the “Save Changes” button.
Scroll down a little to see this option
Once you enable Author Bio option three option will be displayed like Author Name, Author Description and Link to Author pages you can enable those options and then click on the “Save changes” button.

Author’s link seems to always end with /amp/.
Even if you toogle the “Link to Non-AMP” option to ON.
Even if you opted to not activate AMP for Archives (but Author’s archives shouldn’t be supported either, only Categories and Tags)
