W3C has introduced HTML, XHTML, XML, html5, etc., whereas AMP HTML has introduced by Google. So, It has its own API.
AMP makes up its own standards, this mean AMP has been created completely outside of W3C and WHATWG.
You can test your AMP By using these two website
- Google AMP test – https://search.google.com/test/amp?
- AMP Project – https://validator.ampproject.org/
So if you face any W3C errors on your AMP pages then you can simply ignore it and if your website passed in the above urls and then you have the valid AMP website
