Once you download and install Purge AMP CDN Cache extension it will create this file in the main directory like below the screenshot.
1. First, you should check a .well-known folder is available or not in your main domain directory.
If it is not available on your main domain directory then you can download and place it in your main domain directory you can download this zip file Click Here.
2. Need to check the below code is present in your main domain directory .htaccess file or not.

If not present then place the above code at the end of the .htaccess file.
In .well-known folder there will be public key named “apikey.pub” followed by amphtml folder.
