How to disable wptexturize in AMP

wptexturize will transform the quotes to smart quotes, apostrophes, dashes, ellipses, the trademark symbol, and the multiplication symbol and the code within certain HTML blocks is skipped.

  • You will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> Navigate to AMP option panel -> Settings -> Advance Settings -> Enable this “Disable wptexturize” option and then click on the “Save Changes” button.
