By default, in AMP the list of blog posts will be displayed on the home page of your AMP homepage. but if you want to display the static front page in AMP then you need to follow below steps
You will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> AMP Option Panel -> Settings -> Click on General -> Enable Homepage option ->
Once you select “Homepage” option three option will be displayed as per your requirement you can enable those options and then click on the “Save Changes” button.
Custom Front Page: If you want to Display a Static Front Page on your AMP Website, you can enable FrontPage option. It will Set Custom FrontPage as Homepage
Select Page as FrontPage: When you enable Custom AMP front page, make sure you select a Page from the drop-down menu to use it as Static FrontPage.
Title on Static Front Page: If you want to Display the title of Static FrontPage you can enable this option and after that click on the save changes button.
