How to rotate/change an image when page refresh or every x seconds.

You will find this option in the WordPress Dashboard -> Ads -> Groups -> Click on the “Add New Groups” button -> Enter the Name of the title like below the screenshot

Refresh Type: In this option you need to select Auto Refresh option
