These warnings are appearing because Rich Result test ignores the running of js files and other things that are not necessary. As it is mainly focused to test the schema markup of site.
Mainly to reduce the CPU usage at their end in the testing of rich results they ignore the other things to get run.
So they can obtain rich results fast.
