How to Install & Setup Formidable Forms in AMP

You can integrate Formidable Forms with the help of an extension called Formidable Forms in AMP

Here are a few simple steps to place Formidable Forms in AMP.

After downloading Formidable Forms on your Desktop follow the below-given steps.

1. Go to Plugins – > Add New then click on Upload Plugin.

2. Formidable Forms in AMP  is a Paid Plugin Extension. You won’t find that extension in the WordPress Plugin directory. So you have to upload this plugin after purchasing.

• Click on Upload Plugin
• then choose “ Formidable Forms in AMP” Extension from which you already downloaded after purchase.
• After that, click on Install Now

3. After Uploading the plugin, Click on Activate Plugin

After Activating the Extension Plugin, The Formidable Forms will be visible on the AMP version of your site.

How to create a Formidable Forms

Step 1 – Go to Formidable → Forms and click Add New at the top of the page.

Step 2 – Click Create Form under ‘Blank Form‘.

Step 3 – Give your new form a name and click Create to start building your form.

Step 4 – Add fields to your form. You can either use the drag and drop form maker or click on the field type in the sidebar to add fields at the end of the form. 

Step 5 – Click Update to save your form.

Step 6 – Now copy the shortcode and place where you want to display the  Formidable Forms

Note: This extension requires Formidable Forms, which is a commercial plugin.
