How to create ConvertKit form in AMP

If you want to add ConvertKit form in AMP then first you need to purchase and install Opt-in Forms for AMP plugin.

After installing you will find this option in WordPress Dashboard -> AMP optin -> Add New optin -> select “ ConvertKit ” option -> now you need Form ID.

Follow the simple steps to get all this ID’s from ConvertKit  Account.

Step 1: First of all Signup/login at ConvertKit

Step 2: After creating and styling the form, Go to Embed and copy the ID as shown in below image

Step 3: Now create a new AMP Opt-in

Step 4: Now select ConvertKit from the Dropdown and enters the form ID and copy the shortcode and place where you want to display the ConvertKit Form.

Make sure you need to fill this form and then click on the submit button after that you will get the “Subscription successful” message.
