How do we Auto-Magically make everything AMP?

So, How are we gonna do that?

Before I answer that question we need to understand some of the basic rundowns of AMP and what we do.

Accelerated Mobile Page (or AMP, for short) is a project from Google designed to make really fast mobile pages. By stripping-down most of the HTML ( Skinny HTML if you will  ).
it’s an HTML page designed to be super lightweight and critically designs for really fast loading.

As a result, you’ll get super fast webpages for mobile but remember AMP does not follow the conventional HTML.

Now you know a little bit of AMP so it’s time for the answer to your question.

WordPress & Plugins

WordPress is one of the most growing platforms for making websites. As WordPress uses PHP and there are millions of sites with a different purpose and for all the additional add-ons to their use case developers got thousands of plugins and themes at the disposal.

AMP have its own set of rules that we need to follow as it does not allow authored scripts which mostly all websites use for making Magic ( I’m kidding, but seriously where there is code there is magic).

Right now thousands of people using some of the plugins and themes to achieve their kind of design and features (such as Jetpack, W3 Total Cache, Google XML Sitemaps just to name a few) and AMP is Not Compatible with each and every plugin. It is extremely difficult to make it compatible with every plugin out there.

Say you’re using a theme with a feature of Page Builder and using some 50 plugins and hire a developer to make your site with his expertise and we don’t want you to think that AMP will work out of the box in such situations.

Having said all that It’s not that it is Impossible for you to implement AMP on your site or lose hope for AMP but the solution is to make efforts as you did for your normal site by trying to customize and bit here and there.
