Poedit<\/a> is a software (available for Windows, Mac and Linux) which you can use to translate the theme or plugin. It\u2019s available for free on poedit.net<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are the steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1 –<\/strong> Open Poedit and select\u00a0File -> New Catalog from POT \/ PO file<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step <\/strong> 2<\/strong> – <\/strong>Select the accelerated-mobile-pages .POT file which you can find under this path ( wp-content\\plugins\\ accelerated-mobile-pages \\languages\\accelerated-mobile-pages.pot)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step <\/strong> 3 –<\/strong> \u00a0A box will pop up asking for language of the translation. Select your language:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step <\/strong> 4<\/strong> –<\/strong> \u00a0Hit OK and Poedit will name automatically your file. If you select Spanish (Spain):\u00a0es_ES.po<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step <\/strong> 5<\/strong> –<\/strong> \u00a0Save your file in your computer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step <\/strong> 6<\/strong> –<\/strong> \u00a0Now you can start translating your theme or your plugin. The space at the top will display all the text ready to translate, and any completed translations will display to the right. The boxes underneath show the source text, your translation and any notes for translators. Translating is really easy \u2013 just select a word or phrase, enter your translation and click \u201cValidate\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
