If you want to add ConstantContact form in AMP then first you need to purchase and install Opt-in Forms for AMP<\/a>\u00a0plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After installing you will find this option in\u00a0WordPress Dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0->\u00a0AMP optin<\/strong>\u00a0->\u00a0Add New optin<\/strong> -> select \u201c ConstantContact<\/strong> \u201d option -> now you need five things \u2013 Form ID, List ID, Hidden ID 1 and Hidden ID 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow the simple steps to get all this ID\u2019s from ConstantContact<\/strong> Account.<\/strong>
